Brand refresh

Our first engagement with Alive Pharmacy involved a complete re-brand of the company to create a vibrant and cohesive look for more than 10 outlets across Queensland, including store signage, uniforms, merchandising and in-store promotions. The brief was to create a brand that could stand out in an extremely competitive market and to launch and market the brand through media buying operations, new signage, fresh catalogue design and creative content.

Print

Each month, Tropic Studio designs and manages the print and distribution of 70,000 Live+ catalogues for Alive. Live+ provides residents of Far North Queensland with health and wellness advice and discounted products than can be found online or in-store.

Tropic Studio also designs all Alive Pharmacy's print ads for Tropic Magazine.  Aiming to provide strong messaging and brand identity to Tropic readers.

Social media and digital marketing

As the brand became established in-store on on paper, it was time for Alive Pharmacy Warehouse to expand their digital presence. Tropic Studio manages the Facebook and Instagram accounts for the pharmacy, creating diverse and engaging content for the online audience.

To take advantage of the massive online audience and expand their reach beyond Far North Queensland, Tropic Studio has implemented several strategic product marketing campaigns across Google and Facebook leading to an increase in brand awareness and sales through their online store.

Signage

Alive Pharmacy Warehouse can be found at 11 locations across Queensland, from Calliope to Cooktown. As the brand developers for Alive Pharmacy, Tropic Studio oversee sign design and implementation across, with brand and signage guides developed to ensure all stores stay on brand and consistent, despite coming in many shapes and sizes.
