We are looking for a Designer to join our agency in the tropical city of Cairns.
We have collaborated with clients across a range of industries, from independent artists to tourism operators, retailers, primary producers, and not-for-profit organisations.
This diversity has given us a deep understanding of the broader region and the ability to develop tailored design and communication solutions to meet industry-specific standards.
We have worked with both small and large budgets, ensuring maximum value and impact for our clients.

You need to be someone who considers clients to be a part of our business. Our job is to find solutions for our clients, so you need to be genuinely interested in their vision and invested in their success.
Little surprise here, but you need to be able to deliver top quality work within budget. Most of the time you’ll get to contribute to project estimates so our expectation is that you will be able to manage your time effectively to deliver great results for both the client and our bottom line.
If you’ve never worked in a small agency, be prepared for anything. Size is one of our advantages as it means we are nimble and responsive to whatever comes our way – and our clients really value this. What this means is that you need to be prepared to learn new skills, concepts, ideas, technology … mostly on the fly.
You are someone who relishes some time off the tools. Our agency structure means that you won’t be designing 100% of the time, no sausage factories here. There will be some project management, liaising with web dev, sourcing supplier quotes, speaking with clients and also contributing to pitches and proposals.
