As a much anticipated new spot in the heart of Cairns, Art Work Spaces approached Tropic Studio to develop their overall presence in the community and online.

Having opened in late 2020, when office culture and remote working was at the forefront for many, Art Work Spaces became the space to work and conduct business.
Offering an updated and modern approach to office and work life, AWS was created with collaboration and inspiration in mind.
To make it what it is today, we were tasked with establishing a presence that appeals to both locals and those passing through.
Garnering local awareness and engagement was at the forefront of our work with AWS. This included editorial and advertising with Tropic and Tropic Now, as well as a range of internal and external signage.
We facilitated regular photoshoots to share and update those curious about visiting or returning to the space, while highlighting the duality of its' reliability and evolution.
Not only is it rich in architecture, but it also houses a range of artworks, all of which make for great social content and marketing collateral.
A digital presence was, and continues to be critical for creating relationships with professionals transiting through Cairns. We create content and manage various AWS social media channels to showcase the unique features and benefits on offer.
This ensures we make it as simple as possible for potential customers to find and choose the space for their work needs before arriving in Cairns. It also adds legitimacy and assurance of the space being a safe and productive environment.
